Our Story
In 2017, four brothers from the vibrant city of Newark, NJ, embarked on a mission to make a difference in their community. Growing up in a neighborhood filled with both challenges and opportunities, we understood firsthand the importance of mentorship and guidance. Inspired by the support we received and the struggles we faced, we knew we wanted to give back.
Thus, the Next Generation Project was born. Our goal was simple: to empower young individuals by providing them with the mentorship and resources needed to navigate their personal and professional journeys. We believed that by sharing our experiences and insights, we could help inspire the next generation to reach their full potential.
Since our inception, we’ve been dedicated to fostering connections between mentors and mentees, creating a supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive. Through workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and community events, we strive to uplift our youth, instilling confidence and igniting their ambitions.
